Ren Montoro

“I dream. Sometimes I think that's the only right thing to do.”

- Haruki Murakami

Ren Montoro was born in a small town in Florida but raised in Santiago, Chile. By the time Ren was 8, she was performing in school plays, which ignited her love for acting.

Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, Ren starred in the play, The Blood of Macbeth, which KCRW's Anthony Byrnes named one of the top 5 shows to see in 2012. Since making her LA stage debut, Montoro has continued to work on the stage and work in tv and film.

You can watch her in Hallmark's show The Eleventh acting opposite Cloris Leachman and in the horror feature Pledges. Soon you'll be able to watch her in Alma y Vida, a Spanish Thelma & Louise-esque short film.

When not on a stage or in front of the camera, Ren enjoys drinking her weight in coffee, traveling, being a plant mom, and writing.
